Quality Control Applications
Dot Automation Inc. builds quality check fixtures to meet the strict requirements of our clients. Quality check fixtures include:
- Vision Systems
- Fixtures with Clip Sensors
- Foam Sensors
- Color Sensors
- Proximity Sensors
We build all our fixtures with redundancy to double check each part before allowing the part.to pass. Most of our machines include barcode printing and RFID checking as well, we only allow the barcode to print once every check on the machine has passed successful. Once the barcode label is placed on the part, we then check the label before releasing the part.
