Line Upgrades
Safety is a number one priority for Dot Automation Inc. We pride our self in never having an injury on the job and never having an injury caused by any of our machines. Each machine we build in house comes complete with a safety system protecting the operator or maintenance professional working on the machine. We perform a risk assessment on each machine where we evaluate the severity of the injury that could potentially be caused and the frequency at which the injury can be caused and arrive at the appropriate safety category and safety performance level. Once we have this information we can then build our custom safety solution to effectively and efficiently safe guard our machines. We also call a third party to come and inspect our machines and perform a Pre-Start Health and Safety Review. This way our machines can rightfully run in the facility trouble free.
We also perform safety upgrades and retrofits on old machines. We follow the same process of completing our safety evaluation, then using the appropriate tools to properly safeguard the machine. These include:
